На етапі розгляду на відповідність умовам, визначеним в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, та вимогам до предмета закупівлі пропозиції учасника- Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "Торговий дім "Медікс" було перевищено строк розгляду найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції понад п’ять робочих днів з дня завершення електронного аукціону. Відтак, замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю у разі: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, згідно п.2 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону.
