Інформацію про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі зазначено у ВИМОГАХ ДО ПРЕДМЕТА ЗАКУПІВЛІ (ЧАСТИНА І ОГОЛОШЕННЯ від 27.06.2022 № 15-03/3-24), що додається. В Оголошенні від 27.06.2022 № 15-03/3-24 по п.3 специфікації місце … надання послуг зазначене "країни Європи", в ЕСЗ - Республіка Польща (повязано з технічною реалізацією зазначеної функції в ЕСЗ (немождиво обрати декілька країн або не обирати взагалі). Вимогам цього Оголошення відповідатиме будь-яка пропозиція з місцем надання послуг, що відповідає зазначеним в Оголошенні від 27.06.2022 № 15-03/3-24.
