за результатами розгляду службової записки господарського відділу від 05.07.2022 року №23-14/07-01 щодо відміни закупівлі послуг за кодом ДК 021:2015:09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (очікувана вартість закупівлі Послуг становить 145 020,00 грн. (сто сорок п’ять тисяч двадцять гривень, 00 копійок), з ПДВ) і рішення тендерного комітету від 05.07.2022 ВИРІШИВ: 1. Відмінити закупівлю бензину А-95 для службових автомобілів Державної іпотечної установи в обсязі 2 520 літрів за кодом ДК 021:2015: 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти відповідно до оголошення UA-2022-06-23-007196-a на підставі пункту 1 частини 17 статті 14 Закону, а саме через відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі Товару.
