Під час проведення Закупівлі встановлено неточності, які неможливо усунити що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавста з питань публічних закупівель статті 14 Закону, а саме на підставі службової записки від начальника відділу житлово-комунального господарства, було виявлені неточності до Додатку №1 до Оголошення «Технічне завдання» та до Додатку №3 до Оголошення Проєкт договору в Розділі 2 Умови поставки товару не було врахована безкоштовна доставка.
