Шановні партнери! З метою закупівлі Комутаторів АТ "Укрпошта" забезпечує прозорий та конкурентний відбір потенційного контрагента - конкурс. З учасником, пропозиція якого буде найбільш економічно вигідною, буде укладено договір з АТ "Укрпошта" (відповідно … до вимог Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 року № 169 зі змінами). Для проведення такого конкурсу Замовник використовує електронну систему закупівель шляхом здійснення закупівель за типом «спрощена закупівля», у порядку аналогічному до порядку проведення спрощених закупівель згідно статті 14 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". Замовник вимагає забезпечення виконання договору у вигляді банківської гарантії у розмірі 2% від ціни договору. Детальна інформація щодо умов забезпечення виконання договору наведена у конкурсній документації та проєкті договору. Терміни поставки в оголошенні наведені орієнтовні, детальна інформація щодо умов поставки визначена в умовах конкурсної документації. Критерієм оцінки пропозицій є ціна з ПДВ.
