10.06.2022 р. було оголошено відбір UA-2022-06-10-006059-a. У зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель – а саме – помилкове оголошення відбору (помилкова номенклатура) для закупівлі за рамковою угодою Газ природний. Враховуючи вищезазначене, вирішено відмінити тендер, відповідно до п.2 ч.1 ст. 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та зазначити про це в електронній системі закупівель.
