Шановні партнери! З метою закупівлі Термінал збору даних АТ "Укрпошта" забезпечує прозорий та конкурентний відбір потенційного контрагента - конкурс. З учасником, пропозиція якого буде найбільш економічно вигідною, буде укладено договір з АТ "Укрпошта" … (відповідно до вимог Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 року № 169 зі змінами). Для проведення такого конкурсу Замовник використовує електронну систему закупівель шляхом здійснення закупівель за типом «спрощена закупівля», у порядку аналогічному до порядку проведення спрощених закупівель згідно статті 14 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". При цьому, така закупівля не буде вважатися спрощеною у розумінні цього Закону, а договір, укладений за її результатами, договором про закупівлю. Замовник вимагає забезпечення виконання договору у вигляді банківської гарантії у розмірі 2% від ціни договору. Детальна інформація щодо умов забезпечення виконання договору наведена у конкурсній документації та проєкті договору. Терміни поставки в оголошенні наведені орієнтовні, детальна інформація щодо умов поставки визначена в умовах конкурсної документації. Критерієм оцінки пропозицій є ціна з ПДВ.

Відповідно до умов Договору, проект якого наведений в конкурсній документації, Постачальник протягом 5 робочих днів після підписання Договору виставляє Покупцю рахунок на попередню оплату (аванс) в розмірі 30% відсотків від ціни Договору, який Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити протягом 5 робочих днів з дати отримання рахунка. Остаточний розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється Покупцем впродовж 10 робочих днів з моменту отримання кожної окремої партії Товару, на підставі належно оформленої видаткової накладної або Акту приймання-передачі Товару, а також реєстрації Постачальником в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних належним чином оформленої податкової накладної та за умови відсутності неусунених Постачальником зауважень Покупця до змісту та форми зазначених документів.
