Description:

Підряднику/Генпідряднику до початку робіт може надаватися аванс у порядку визначеному Постановою КМУ від 04.12.2019 № 1070 (зі змінами) на придбання матеріалів, цей аванс не може перевищувати 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт. Аванс надається протягом семи робочих днів з дня отримання рахунку-фактури від Підряника/Генпідрядника. Підрядник/Генпідрядник зобов’язаний використати аванс впродовж трьох місяців з дня надходження коштів на рахунок (але в будь-якому випадку до закінчення бюджетного року), надавши при цьому в зазначений термін акти приймання виконаних будівельних робіт. У випадку невикористання авансу протягом зазначеного терміну, кошти повернути на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника. Оплата авансу здійснюється шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів на небюджетні рахунки Підрядника/Генпідрядника відкриті в органах Казначейства у встановленому законодавством порядку з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів Підрядником/Генпідрядником.

Description:

Замовник проводить платежі за фактично виконані роботи у порядку визначеному Постановою КМУ від 27 грудня 2001 р. № 1764 (зі змінами) протягом семи робочих днів з дня отримання підписаної уповноваженими представниками сторін та завіреної печатками довідки про вартість виконаних робіт форми КБ-3, актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт ф.КБ-2в, відповідно до бюджетних асигнувань, встановлених кошторисами та виключно в межах фактичних надходжень коштів на рахунок фінансування об’єкту.
