Description:

Розрахунковим періодом є: 1 (один) календарний місяць. Оплата послуг проводиться щомісячно до 20 (двадцятого) числа місяця, наступного за розрахунковим. Розрахунок за отримані послуги здійснюється за умови наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника та відсутності виконавчих документів на безспірне стягнення коштів з реєстраційних рахунків Замовника на підставі рахунку за надані послуги та акту про об’єм наданих послуг (далі – Акт), що складено у 2 (двох) примірниках по 1 (одному) для кожної із Сторін шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця. Оплата послуг здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів від дня отримання Замовником Акту та рахунку за надані послуги. Оплата проводиться в національній валюті України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування відповідних послуг на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
