Цей Договір укладений відповідно до Закону України „Про страхування”, Правил добровільного страхування майна (іншого, ніж залізничний, наземний, повітряний, водний транспорт (морський внутрішній та інші види водного транспорту), вантаж та багаж (вантажобагаж)) (нова редакція) №21111 від ЗО липня 2014 р. (далі - Правила) і на підставі ліцензії Держфінпослуг України серії АВ № 520914 від 16 лютого 2010 р. 5.2. Відповідно до цього Договору Страховик бере на себе зобов’язання у разі настання страхового випадку здійснити виплату страхового відшкодування у порядку і на умовах, визначених Договором, а Страхувальник зобов’язується сплатити страховий платіж у визначений цим Договором страхуваня та виконувати інші умови цього Договору.
