Згідно з Розділом III «Визначення предмета закупівлі робіт» Порядку визначення предмета закупівлі робіт здійснюється замовником згідно з пунктом 22 частини першої статті 1 Закону за об’єктами. Водночас об’єкт будівництва – це будинки, будівлі, споруди … будь-якого призначення, їх комплекси або частини, лінійні об’єкти інженерно-транспортної інфраструктури.Ураховуючи викладене, якщо роботи проводяться по окремому об’єкту, на який складений окремий об’єктний кошторис (кошторисний розрахунок), їх закупівлю замовник здійснює, керуючись вартісними межами, встановленими частиною першою статті 2 Закону. У разі, якщо вартість робіт є нижчою меж, визначених в частині першій статті 2 Закону, закупівля таких робіт здійснюється без застосування процедур закупівлі, передбачених Законом.
