Оплата технічного нагляду з будівництва Об’єкта Замовником здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Виконавця, зазначений у Договорі, після підписання Виконавцем Підряднику актів виконаних підрядних робіт за формою КБ-2В із вчиненням запису про відповідність обсягів та якості виконаних будівельно-монтажних робіт проектно-кошторисній документації та актам, виконаних Підрядником будівельних робіт за формою КБ-2В, після підписання Замовником акту приймання-передачі виконаних Виконавцем Робіт (далі – Акт) протягом п’яти робочих днів але не раніше надходження коштів із місцевого/державного бюджету на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника для оплати цих робіт.
