У відповідності до Указу Президента України «Про введення надзвичайного стану в окремих регіонах України» від 23.02.2022 № 63/2022 та введення в Україні правового режиму воєнного стану згідно з Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» та запровадженням правового режиму надзвичайного стану, не має можливості завершити закупівлю у зв’язку з незалежних від учасників обставин. Відповідно до частини п’ятої статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник має право визнати тендер таким, що не відбувся, у разі якщо здійснення закупівлі стало неможливим внаслідок дії непереборної сили. Прийнято рішення: визнати закупівлю №UA-2022-02-21-014344-b такою, що не відбулася, оскільки відсутня можливість завершити закупівлю у зв’язку з незалежних від учасників обставин.
