Враховуючи в Україні введення воєнного стану відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», що призвело до порушення строку підписання договору про закупівлю, який не повинен перевищувати 35 днів з дня оприлюднення в електронній системі закупівель повідомлення про намір укласти договір про закупівлю, тому на підставі пункту 5 частини 8 статті 40 Закону відмінити переговорну процедуру Закупівлі.
