У зв’язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану з 05 годин 30 хвилин 24.02.2022 року, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 року № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» затвердженого законом України від 24.02.2022 року № 2102-ІХ (зі змінами, внесеними Указом від 14.03.2022 року № 133/2022, затвердженим Законом України від 15.03.2022 року № 2119-ІХ), а також відповідно до ПКМУ № 169 від 28.02.2022 року «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану» зі змінами від 02.03.2022 року № 176 та від 04.03.2022 року № 195
