Замовником прийнято рішення відмінити вказану закупівлію відповідно до частини 8 статті 40 Закону та оприлюднити відповідну інформацію у встановленому Законом порядку.(враховуючи обставини непереборної сили, а саме введення в Україні правового режиму воєнного стану згідно з Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 “Про введення воєнного стану в Україні”) та оприлюднити відповідну інформацію у встановленому Законом порядку.
