Оплата Продукції, яка пройшла 100% вхідний контроль на підприємстві Покупця і визнана кондиційною, здійснюється після підписання видаткової накладної, на підставі виставлених рахунків, шляхом перерахування 100% вартості Продукції (у випадку застосування толерансу 100% вартості фактично поставленої Продукції) протягом 15-ти банківських днів з дати виставлення рахунків, але не раніше дати реєстрації Постачальником податкової накладної на Продукцію в Єдиному державному реєстрі податкових накладних.
