Двічі відмінено спрощену закупівлю, через відсутність учасників в ній. Замовником двічі проводилась спрощена закупівля на закупівлю ДК 021:2015-85130000-9 Стоматологічні та супутні послуги (Послуги зуботехнічної лабораторії), однак двічі торги не … відбулись, так як не було подано жодної пропозиції учасників (Ідентифікатори закупівлі: UA-2021-12-28-013110-c та UA-2022-01-13-001002-b. Таким чином, у визначеному законом порядку, для закупівлі зазначеної продукції замовником прийнято рішення згідно п.1, ч.7, ст.3 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», придбання замовником товарів, робіт чи послуг, вартість яких дорівнює або перевищує 50 тисяч гривень та є меншою за вартість, що встановлена у пунктах 1 та 2 частини першої цієї статті, здійснюється без застосування порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, встановленого цим Законом, у разі: якщо було двічі відмінено спрощену закупівлю через відсутність учасників.
