Explanation

Ураховуючи неможливість дотримання встановлених законодавством строків для проведення спрощеної закупівлі, відповідно до Закону України "Про затвердження Указу Президента України "Про затвердження воєнного стану в Україні" від 24 лютого 2022 року № 2102-IX, Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64 "Про введення воєнного стану в Україні, у зв'язку із введенням воєнного стану на території України, на підставі пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: «неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель;» є необхідність скасувати спрощену закупівлю.
