Скасувати процедуру закупівлі (ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2022-02-09-000410-a) без використання ЕСЗ (з використанням Prozorro Market) за предметом закупівлі ««Халат медичний хірургічний 140 см, щ. 30 г/м2, рукав-манжет, (спанбонд), нестерильний» — код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник», — 33190000-8 – Медичне обладнання та вироби медичного призначення різні, у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення виявлених порушень законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель (допущено технічну помилку, а саме при перегляді поля «Внесення інформації про договір» було випадково натиснуто поле «Скасувати рішення про визнання учасника переможцем». У зв’язку з чим система дає можливість лише дискваліфікувати Учасника. Оскільки підстави для дискваліфікафії відсутні, принято рішення скасувати закупівлю).
