Explanation

Відповідно до частини 11 статті 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922 зі змінами від 19.09.2019 р. № 114-IХ (надалі – Закон), Замовник розглядає на відповідність умовам, визначеним в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, та вимогам до предмета закупівлі пропозицію учасника, яка за результатами електронного аукціону (у разі його проведення) визначена найбільш економічно вигідною. Строк розгляду найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції не повинен перевищувати п'ять робочих днів з дня завершення електронного аукціону. З огляду на вищенаведене так як порушено встановлений Законом термін Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю у відповідності до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону по причині неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
