1. Відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно з предметом закупівлі, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:201.5 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» - 44310000-6 Вироби з дроту (зварювальні матеріали, вироби з дроту) з підстави, що передбачена Згідно з ч. 17 ст. , 14 Закону. а саме: «Неможливості усунення порушень, що через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель». З метою дотримання принципів публічних закупівель та недопущення, порушень вимог чинного законодавства в сфері закупівлі, під час публікації ЛОТ 1 (в технічному завданні Додаток №2 до ТД) була допущенна помилка.
