Продукція повинна бути кондиційною, яка відповідає вимогам технічних умов ГОСТу. Постачальник повинен надати протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів зразки (за переліком, який зазначає замовник) запропонованої продукції для підтвердження технічних та якісних … характеристик товару. Поставка продукції здійснюється частинами впродовж 2022 року. Термін поставки — до 10 календарних днів з моменту отримання письмової заявки від Покупця на електронну адресу Постачальника. Допустимий толеранс по поставці Продукції ±15%. Учасник-переможець конкурсних торгів надає забезпечення виконання Договору у розмірі 5% від вартості Договору.
