Відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно з предметом закупівлі Насіння соняшнику, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – 03110000-5 - Сільськогосподарські культури, продукція товарного садівництва та рослинництва) з підстави неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, що передбачена згідно з ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: виявлені недоліки у вимогах до тендерних пропозицій учасників, які заважають визначенню відповідності товару необхідним технічним та якісним характеристикам закупівлі, які неможливо виправити на даному етапі процедури закупівлі.
