Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом здійснення оплати послуг Замовником за рахунок коштів загального фонду державного бюджету за бюджетною програмою КПКВК 0414010 "Керівництво та управління у сфері статистики" (КЕКВ 2240) протягом 30 (тридцять) календарних днів після підписання Акту приймання-передачі. У разі відсутності коштів на поточному рахунку Замовника оплата здійснюється протягом 10 (десять) банківських днів з моменту їх надходження на поточний рахунок. У випадку затримки оплати послуг охорони за договором більше ніж за два місяці, у тому числі внаслідок не виділення бюджетного фінансування, Виконавець має право звернутись до суду з позовом про стягнення заборгованості за увесь період прострочення платежу.
