Description

Замовником вимагається надання Учасником забезпечення пропозиції у формі: електронної банківської гарантії (безвідкличної, безумовної, оформленої відповідно до вимог постанови Правління Національного банку України від 15.12.2004 № 639), із зобов’язанням банку у разі виникнення обставин, передбачених пунктом 3 цього ж Розділу, відшкодувати на рахунок замовника кошти у сумі забезпечення пропозиції, визначеній в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі. Банківська гарантія має видаватись під відповідне грошове забезпечення (покриття). Для підтвердження учасник надає копію платіжного доручення на користь банку-гаранта у розмірі забезпечення пропозиції. Електронна банківська гарантія повинна мати кваліфікований електронний підпис (КЕП) уповноваженої особи банку-гаранта. У тексті (або колонтитулах) банківської гарантії має бути вказано посилання на програмний комплекс, яким накладено КЕП.
