Відповідно до законодавства ( частина 7 статті 14 Закону) Замовник має право з власної ініціативи внести зміни до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, але до початку строку подання пропозицій. Оскільки невідповідності в оголошенні та документах до закупівлі були виявлені на етапі розгляду пропозицій Замовник не має змоги внести зміни до Оголошення про закупівлю В результаті зазначених дій на етапі кваліфікації перможця було виявлено помилку, яку неможливо усунути, тому дану закупівлю необхідно відмінити.
