У зв’язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України та введенням в Україні із 05 годин 30 хвилин 24 лютого 2022 року воєнного стану відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», виникли обставини непереборної сили, зокрема надзвичайні, невідворотні та об’єктивні обставини, які унеможливлюють виконання суб’єктами господарської діяльності зобов’язань, виконання яких настало згідно законодавчих чи інших нормативних актів, в тому числі і в сфері публічних закупівель, що підтверджено листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022р. №2024/02.0-7.1.
