Послуги організовується відповідно до вимог заводів - виготовлювачів з метою забезпечення дієздатності ліфту і виконується відповідно до "Правил будови і безпечної експлуатації ліфтів" (ПББЕЛ), "Правил будови електроустановок" (ПБЕ), "Правил технічної … експлуатації" (ПТЕ), "Правил техніки безпеки" (ПТБ), закону України "Про охорону праці", діючих нормативних актів. Послуги з технічного обслуговування ліфту складається з регламентних робіт та ремонту ліфта. Регламентні роботи проводяться з метою перевірки технічного стану і усунення дрібних пошкоджень на ліфті, а ремонти - з метою недопущення збоїв при експлуатації ліфту.
