Description:

Оплата здійснюється на підставі частини 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України після постачання товару за рахунок коштів бюджету міста Києва. Розрахунки за обслуговування проводяться не пізніше 5-го числа поточного місяця на підставі акту виконаних робіт (акт Ф-2). У разі затримки фінансування, оплата здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником відповідних коштів на свій рахунок. У разі відсутності бюджетного фінансування, Замовник звільняється від відповідальності за прострочення оплати наданих послуг.
