Звіт про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель. Закупівля здійснюється без використання електронної системи закупівель на підставі абз.3 п.3 ч.7 ст.3 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". Придбання замовником … товарів, робіт і послуг, вартість яких дорівнює або перевищує 50 тисяч гривень та є меншою за вартість, що встановлена у пунктах 1 та 2 частини першої цієї статті, здійснюється без застосування порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, встановленого цим Законом, у разі якщо існує нагальна потреба у здійсненні закупівлі у зв'язку із розірванням договору про закупівлю з вини учасника на строк, достатній для проведення тендеру, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, який розірваний з вини такого учасника. Договір № ХБТ-09/02/20 від 29.04.2021 розірвано з вини постачальника. Наразі існує нагальна потреба в пальному, для безперебійного руху згідно маршрутів Шкільних автобусів
