Начальник ВІТ ТОВ «ЧОЕК» Акользін А.О., повідомив, що очікувана вартість закупівлі повинна становити 164 400,00 грн з ПДВ, а не 150 000,00 грн з ПДВ. Таким чином Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону з підстав неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
