Description:

Оплата Товару шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника протягом 5 робочих днів після підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі Товару та отримання рахунку від Постачальника, за умови наявності коштів на розрахунковому рахунку Покупця або авансовий платіж протягом 5 робочих днів з дати отримання від Постачальника оригіналів належним чином оформленого рахунку та банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу, остаточна оплата вартості Товару здійснюється протягом 5 робочих днів після підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі Товару та отримання рахунку від Постачальника, за умови наявності коштів на розрахунковому рахунку Покупця. Постачальник зобов’язаний надати банківську гарантію протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня письмового повідомлення Покупцем Постачальника про затвердження фінансового плану Покупця. Розрахунки за Договором Покупець здійснює після затвердження Фінансового плану Покупця, в порядку передбаченому законодавством України, на відповідний календарний рік, в якому буде здійснюватися оплата Товару (дане застереження є відкладальною обставиною згідно із ч.1 ст.212 Цивільного кодексу України).
