На підставі отриманої заявки від ініціатора закупівлі 17.01.2022 року оголошено спрощену процедуру за предметом «Послуги з технічного обслуговування, ремонту та миття автомобілів» ( код ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – 50110000-9 - Послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування мототранспортних засобів і супутнього обладнання) на 5 автомобілів. На підставі Розпорядженням голови Хмельницької обласної державної адміністрації № 1/2022-р/ад від 13.01.2022 року «Про передачу майна державного підприємства «Хмельницька обласна служба місцевих автодоріг» 20.01.2022 року передано на баланс державної установи «Служба місцевих доріг Хмельниччини» майно згідно з переліком, у тому числі автомобілі у кількості 7 штук, що не відповідає умовам оголошення спрощеної закупівлі. З метою приведення у відповідність та неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель наявні підстави для відміни спрощеної закупівлі за предметом коду національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – 50110000-9 - Послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування мототранспортних засобів і супутнього обладнання (Послуги з технічного обслуговування, ремонту та миття автомобілів) та вжиття у зв’язку з цим заходів, передбачених ч. 19 ст. 14 Закону.
