У відповідності до ст. 3 ч. 7 п. 2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а саме: укладення договору про закупівлю з постачальником "останньої надії" на постачання енергії або природного газу, даний договір розміщуємо як звіт про договір укладений без … використання електронної системи закупівель. У зв’язку з тим, що системою не передбачено оприлюднення обсягу з більш ніж двома цифрами після коми зазначаємо правильний обсяг тут - 2.88900 тис.метрів кубічних. Джерело фінансування: місцевий бюджет.
