Explanation

Уповноваженою особою під час проведення закупівлі було виявлено механічну помилку, допущену при внесенні інформації про закупівлю, а саме: обрано процедуру – переговорна процедура (скорочена). У зв’язку з механічною помилкою уповноважена особа помилково обрала не ту процедуру закупівлі. Внести зміни до закупівлі на етапі оголошення переможця неможливо, через це виникла необхідність у відміні закупівлі.
