Explanation

Допущено технічну помилку при визначенні кількості та вартості товару під час проведення переговорної процедури (скорочена) товару Природний газ код 09120000-6 газове паливо за ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник (UA-2021-12-31-004166-с). Для врегулювання даного питання необхідно внести зміни в оголошення, а саме: змінити кількість та вартість товару. Проте, внесення змін в оголошення про закупівлю не передбачено Законом, що призвело до порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель. У зв’язку з цим, необхідно скасувати Закупівлю відповідно до вимог п.2 ч.8 ст.40 Закону.
