Закупівля здійснюється згідно Постанови КМУ від 22.09.2021 р. №1012 «Деякі питання закупівлі лікарських засобів, необхідних для здійснення заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій … гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2». Кисень рідкий медичний 99,5% (Oxygen) відповідає ТУ У 20.1-05761850--023:2018, вимогам нормативно-технічної документації і підтверджується сертифікатом/паспортом якості або іншими встановленими документами. Поставка здійснюється на умовах DDP (склад покупця) за адресою: м. Житомир, вул. Романа Шухевича, 2а згідно з "Інкотермс - 2010".
