Розрахунки за теплову енергію, що споживається, проводяться виключно в грошовій формі, на підставі виставлених Теплопостачальною організацією рахунків та актів виконаних робіт (приймання-передачі наданих послуг), які направляються Замовнику поштою або надаються під розпис до 5 числа місяця наступного за розрахунковим. Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць, за який здійснено нарахування оплати за спожиту теплову енергію.
