Необхідно прийняти рішення про відміну тендеру відповідно до п. 2 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути – не вірно вказано джерело фінансування у річному плані закупівлі яке неможливо виправити з технічних причин. Рішення про відміну тендеру унеможливить завдання шкоди законним інтересам учасників закупівлі.
