З метою уникнення випадків відсутності постачальника та забезпечення стабільного постачання природного газу бюджетним організаціям Постановою КМУ від 25 жовтня 2021 р. №1102 встановлено, що усі бюджетні організації (у значені Бюджетного кодексу України), … заклади охорони здоров’я державної власності (казенні підприємства та/або державні установи тощо) та заклади охорони здоров’я комунальної власності (комунальні некомерційні підприємства та/або комунальні установи, та/або спільні комунальні підприємства тощо) у разі відсутності постачальника будуть автоматично переводитись на постачання природного газу до постачальника «останньої надії».
