Постачальник гарантує якість товару протягом строку визначеного чинним законодавством, … ДСТУ/ГОСТ/ТУ тощо .У випадку,якщо ДСТУ/ГОСТ/ТУ втратять чинність , то якість Товару , пропонованого Постачальником , має бути не гірша ніж в зазначеному ДСТУ/ГОСТ/ТУ тощо. Постачальник повинен засвідчити якість товару , що постачається , належним чином оформленими документами , які надаються разом з товаром.
