Оскільки замовнику виділено додаткові кошти, відповідно до роз’яснення Мінекономіки щодо планування закупівель № 3304-04/54160-06 від 03.09.2020 р. такий предмет закупівлі вважається … новим предметом договору. Тобто очікувана вартість цього предмету закупівлі визначається замовником без урахування обсягів закупівель за аналогічним предметом закупівлі, які вже були здійснені у поточному році чи проводяться під час внесення змін в річний план та з дотриманням положень ч. 10 ст. 3 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
