У зв’язку зі зміною тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії згідно Постанови від 17.12.2021 р. №2599 з 01.01.2022 року тариф буде становити 1,05432 грн. з ПДВ. Редагувати дану закупівлю немає можливості в системі Prozorro. Тому потрібно відмінити закупівлю в разі наявності підстав, що передбачені ч. 8 п. 2 ст. 40 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» «неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства щодо закупівель» та оголосити нову переговорну процедуру.
