Закупівля здійснюється для здійснення заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, відповідно до чинної … редакції Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015 р. в редакції Закону № 114-IX від 19.09.2019 із змінами до Закону України від 01.07.2021 №1599-ІХ " Про внесення зміни до розділу X "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" щодо виключення можливості здійснення закупівель без використання електронної системи закупівель», із змінами до Закону України №1901-IX від 18.11.2021 «Про внесення зміни до розділу X "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" щодо запобігання виникненню і поширенню коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19)»; Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 22.09.2021 № 1012 «Деякі питання закупівлі лікарських засобів, необхідних для здійснення заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2»; Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України 20 березня 2020р. №224 «Про затвердження переліку товарів (у тому числі лікарських засобів, медичних виробів та/або медичного обладнання), необхідних для виконання заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, операції з ввезення яких на митну територію України та/або операції з постачання яких на митній території України звільняються від оподаткування податком на додану вартість» (зі змінами).
