Постійно діюча адміністративна колегія Антимонопольного комітету України з розгляду скарг про порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, розглянувши скаргу приватного підприємства «АКВАНТ» від 19 грудня 2021 № UA-2021-12-14-000317-b.b1 щодо порушення Державною установою «Снігурівська виправна колонія (№5)» проведення процедури закупівлі «Вугілля кам’яне марки ДГ 13-100 за кодом ДК 021:2015:09110000-3- Тверде паливо», оголошення про проведення якої оприлюднене на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу за № UA-2021-12-14-000317-b, постановила – зобов’язати Державну установу «Снігурівська виправна колонія (№5)» відмінити дану процедуру закупівлі.
