Звіт про укладений договір оприлюднюється для виконання вимог ст. 75 Господарського Кодексу України. Поставка товару транспортом постачальника на місця провадження діяльності ДП "Укрспирт" на умовах DDP. Товар поставляється партіями (згідно замовлень … покупця) у період з 06 жовтня 2021 року по 31 грудня 2021 року. Якість товару повинна відповідати ТУ У 20.1-00190443-042:2015 та ТУ У 19.2-42647178-001:2019. Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з фактичної дати тримання товару покупцем. До ціни товару входить вартість тари, упаковки і маркування товару, а також вартість транспортування товару на склад покупця. Обсяги закупівлі товару можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків покупця
