Відповідно до пункту 9.1 проекту Договору про закупівлю товарів, який опублікований в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі «Кондиціонери Cooper&Hunter (CH-S12FTXF-NG або еквівалент)» (згідно з ДК 021:2015 код 42510000-4 - Теплообмінники, кондиціонери повітря, холодильне обладнання та фільтрувальні пристрої (номенклатурна позиція 42512200-0 - Настінні кондиціонери повітря), запланований строк дії Договору – до 31 грудня 2021 року. В силу технічних особливостей роботи електронного майданчика dzo.com.ua, через який Замовником закупівлі здійснювалася публікація Оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, а саме: після відповідей на оскарження електронна система протягом трьох календарних днів не дає змогу перевести закупівлю у статус «завершена», станом на 30.12.2021 процедуру закупівлі не завершено. Відтак Замовник технічно не має змоги здійснити заплановану на 2021 рік закупівлю за ідентифікатором закупівлі UA-2021-12-10-004833-b).
