Description:

Розрахунки за теплову енергію, що споживається, здійснюються на межі продажу теплової енергії, яка є сукупністю точок теплової мережі, обладнаних вузлом обліку, на підставі показників якого здійснюється розрахунки за спожиту теплову енергію або точкою на межі розподілу, яку визначено в Договорі у випадку відсутності такого вузла. Розрахунки за теплову енергію, що споживається, проводяться в грошовій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в національній валюті України на поточний рахунок Теплопостачальної організації, згідно з діючими тарифами на період постачання теплової енергії, затвердженими в установленому порядку, та на підставі показань приладів комерційного обліку теплової енергії, а при їх відсутності – розрахунковим способом. Розрахунки проводяться на підставі акта виконаних робіт на постачання теплової енергії до 20 числа місяця, наступного за розрахунковим. Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць за результатом якого підписується акт виконаних робіт на постачання теплової енергії.
