Сметана 21%, плівка поліетиленова, ДСТУ 4418, 400г Постачання Товару здійснюються Постачальником з 7.30 год до 9.00 год 5 днів на тиждень, у робочі дні, в обсязі заявленому Покупцем на підставі письмової заявки, на харчоблок установи Замовника за … адресою вул. Грузиненка, 1 м. Черкаси Орієнтовна поставка на день в обсязі: 0.8 кг Поставка Товару повинна здійснюватись спеціалізованим автотранспортом Постачальника типу рефрижиратор або ізотермічні зі встановленим холодильним обладнанням, який відповідає санітарним нормам щодо транспортування продуктів харчування, які можуть зберігатись за температури не вище 10С.. Оплата Покупцем Товару здійснюється в національній валюті, шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника зазначений у даному Договорі. Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється згідно отриманого товару за накладними Постачальника протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів від дати поставки партії Товару. Оплата Покупцем Товару здійснюється в національній валюті, шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. До ціни товару включаються всі податки, збори й інші обов'язкові платежі, а також вартість тари, пакування, маркування й інші видатки Постачальника пов'язані з поставкою Товару.
